Sandalwood oil is commonly used as a fragrance in incense, cosmetics, perfumes and soaps. It is also used as a flavor for foods and beverages. This tree's wood has been valued in carving because of its dense character. In the traditional medicine, sandalwood oil has been used for a wide variety of conditions ranging from an antiseptic and astringent to the treatment of headache, stomachache and urogenital disorders.

The essential oils of Sandalwood Products Manufacturing (a whole owned company by SGVB) are according to the recommendations of ancient Ayurvedic texts for skin care, has excellent antiseptic properties and soothes prickly heat and other skin rashes too.

The sandalwood powder is rich in cooling and healing qualities and hence, keeps one fresh and fragrant all day long. To guarantee the quality of products, we subject each of our products to stringent quality control measures. Each product goes through strict inspection and quality tests periodically, right from the time of selection of raw materials and components till the final delivery of the product.
